Cedar City Strength & Conditioning is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! The coaching is top-notch, the results speak for themselves, and the community is second to none. Every workout is challenging but motivating, and you leave feeling stronger inside and out. I honestly wish I lived in Cedar City so I could train here every single day!

I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years, I have taught group fitness classes, spin, yoga, etc. I will say…. I LOVE Rachel and Cedar City Strength & Conditioning. I have seen more positive changes in my strength, body composition, and fitness levels more quickly than I have ever, with anything else. I love the support, encouragement, and deep knowledge that Rachel brings to each session. It is like having the most knowledgeable personal trainer right at my fingertips. I am mentally, emotionally, and physically stronger than I ever have been. I know Rachel believes in each of us and encourages us to reach the next level. Highly recommend!

This gym is like home away from home for me when I’m in town. The gym community is so supportive and Rachel’s coaching is top tier. Her knowledge and experience across so many areas of strength and conditioning enable her to help anyone who wants through the door. She has helped me train for Strongman and Powerlifitng completions and even hike Angel’s Landing. I have called her coach for 6 years now and love that even though I can train with her in-person I can get personalized programming to keep me on track towards my fitness goals. I highly recommended this gym and its trainers.

Came for a week – stayed for a year, became a better version of me. I planned to leave after one week. I was a college kid coming from an athletic background, so I thought I’d drop in for a week and move on; but the energy, Coaching, and community at Cedar City Strength & Conditioning hooked me. Since joining, I’ve competed in my first CrossFit competition (did well!), took first at a powerlifting meet, and hit new PR‘s in every lift. The promoted mindset is “you versus you”, but you’re surrounded by people who push and hype each other up. I’ve been to plenty of gyms, including other Crossfit spots, and nothing compares to the knowledge and coaching at CCSC. Absolutely unbeatable gym!!!

I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking to achieve new physical and mental strengths. Coach Rachel is an amazing athlete with a lifetime of experience and she is the reason why this gym is so amazing! The classes are small allowing you to have a more personable training session. There is always fun events planned such as strong men competitions, cross fit challenges, and a running club. I have trained at other establishments in the area but felt no one personally cared about my growth like Rachel does. Please give this a try if you have not already!!

After years of training in other gyms and boot camps, I finally found a place and a coach that brought me to the next level. Rachael at Cedar City Strength and Conditioning gives personalized instruction making sure you start with the correct form and takes you from there. If you are an experienced cross fitter, strongman/woman, etc Rachael has programs and years of knowledge and experience to elevate your performance. Doesn’t matter age or ability shes got YOU!!
